This is a site that will promote the dangers and awareness of stalking for females. Many victims are unaware that this is happening to them until it is too late. Protect female is a site that hopes to create a resource and advocate hotline (and eventually a center) that works directly with the police in order to solve these horrific crimes and protect female.
Stalking
Stalking is a form of physical and/or psychological harassment. Some victims can be from a former partner or friend, but nowadays they come from complete strangers. Stalking is an obsession with a person for romantic or retaliation reasons. The National Center for Victims of Crime states stalking as “any unwanted contact between two people that directly or indirectly communicates a threat or places the victim in fear.” A threat is a verbal or written threat even through electronic communication made with the intent to place a person in fear for safety. Stalking occurs over a period of time.
One in four women expect to be stalked in their lifetime. As detective Dunn states in the LAPD 85 to 95 percent of the time stalking cases involve people who are not celebrities. Women with domestic violence acquire stalking from their former spouse. So far, when a crime is reported police do not have immediate protection for the vulnerable female. If the female needs a domestic violence shelter most shelters are already full and the female that needs desperate help has no advocates to assist her even when she is in daily danger. Protect female wants to stop that and be an advocate for the female by directly calling shelters for the person, and to seek help when they are in danger. We also want to be advocates for their legal proceedings as well in order to get the protection they need.
Gang Stalking
Gang Stalking is a group of individuals that stem from occult groups and/or neighborhood watch groups that tortures one innocent person at a time in an attempt to reduce the quality of a person’s life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain. The goal is to make each person become homeless and /or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, poisoning, drugging, gassing, tampering of the person’s car, break ins, emotional terror, electronic, and general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer and participate in a systematic and ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built with few who are aware of its true agenda. The creators of this system have established a virtually traceless protocol for murder.
The main weapons these people use are high tech surveillance equipment and high tech weapons that burn or hurt the individual while they are driving, walking around, or even while sleeping. When they poison or drug a person it happens in public at their local grocery store, restaurant when they order food, or through a break in in their home. It can happen through sealed and open packages. Not only is the person’s food messed with, but their products are poisoned and tampered with as well. Such as soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, toothbrush, detergent, and cleaning products. They gas the person or throw a poison directly on them by putting the poison directly on the hands of the criminal then throwing it right onto the person’s body while walking or running on the street or while walking inside a store or place of business.
The person under attack is called a targeted individual. This person is under 24 hour surveillance and is stalked by large groups of various criminals. All of our wireless devices can be hacked and tracked. The criminals carry weapons in their cars and use them against the Targeted Individual. The weapons are both easy to buy or easy to make. They use lasers, dazzlers, hand held microwave, x ray devices, plasma beams, and other directed energy weapons. The stalkers are working full time to discredit the victims of this crime and to insinuate they are mentally ill to silence the victims. There are now so many victims that the crime is no longer being denied.
So how do females play a role?
Most targets are innocent females who are either unaware of their environment or who these people saw as an easy target. Women who are single and live alone have been easy victims for these perpetrators. Some of the targets have even reported rape after they have been drugged in their own homes. Some of the people involved as a perpetrator are your local police, neighborhood watch groups, psychiatrists and certain medical doctors, therapists, addiction and mental health treatment centers, nurses, psych wards, and branches of the federal government who have the knowledge and power to hire and train people to commit these crimes. Once a target becomes aware of what is happening the local police block the person from making any police reports and getting any help. If the targeted female tries to go to the ER for physical help from the poisons, drugging, or directed energy weapon burns the staff will not treat them and try to lock them up in a psych ward where the person will get further tortured and poisoned inside the hospital.
I know what you are thinking, how is this legal? This cannot possibly be happening. It is true. This is happening and you could be their next victim, but it might be too late. We as females need to prevent and stop these horrific crimes from happening.
